    Unable to start a DCOM Server: StudioWildcard.4558480580BB9_1.20.778.2_x64__1w2mm55455e38!AppARKSurvivalEvolved as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

    Happened while starting this command:

    This is the error code that has been consistently coming up since I had first installed the game from the Windows Store. I have done everything I can think to do, including reinstalling my OS.

    Any help with this issue would be grand.

    Hi, I bought ark survival but can't donwload it on my pc from the windows store so at the moment I would like a refund but there is no option or button for the refund and I bought it today??

    There are various reasons why you are unable to play Ark Survival. It is possible that your account settings are incorrectly set up or your account was banned or suspended from the game itself. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following
    information:

    • What is the exact error message when you tried to play the game?
    • Are you still able to play other games online on the same PC?
    • What exactly do you mean when you said that you played the game on an unofficial PC hosted for Xbox?

    In the meantime, we recommend that you check your account status on our
    Xbox Live Enforcement page    . You may also reach out to the game developers and other game community members on the game's

    community page     to check if your in-game profile is banned from playing the game online.
