Windows 10: Ark: Survival Evolved App Download Error - Code: 0x80080206

Attempting to download Ark from the Windows 10 App Store. It starts and gets a handful of MB downloaded before I get the error. I can hit retry and it gets a little more then errors out again, over and over. I've done my fair share of research and have tried the WSRESET, made sure I'm up to date on Windows Updates, I've signed out and back into the store account and run the Troubleshooter.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ark survival evolved dowload

Please note that we have two versions of
ARK: Survival Evolved available on store:

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

Ark Survival Evolved

So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.

 

Unable to download Ark: Survival Evolved

I am trying to download Ark: survival evolved for pc from my brothers account, I can download other games but when I try ark it just say “Starting download... 6.23 GB” and then it just stops and I have to click install again.
