Windows 10: Ark survival stuck at 2%

Discus and support Ark survival stuck at 2% in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I recently bought gamepass for 1$ for a month and im trying to download ark on my Pc and when i hit install it downloads for 5 seconds then gets stuck...     Ark survival stuck at 2%


    I recently bought gamepass for 1$ for a month and im trying to download ark on my Pc and when i hit install it downloads for 5 seconds then gets stuck at 2% and never finishing ive made sure i have enough storage im downloading it to a removable hard drive btw and i have over 400Gb on it and ive already tried restarting my pc and uninstalling and re installing the xbox app pleas help im trying to play with my friends.

    So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
    updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.
