    Arranging two windows side by side


    Windows 10 v1903 64bit.I`m having a problem trying to arrange two windows side by side,I need to do this
    to be able to drag and drop files from one to the other.I select the two windows I need but one just replaces the other.
    I never had this problem with previous versions of Windows,is there a solution?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
