Windows 10: Arrow keys not scrolling

Discus and support Arrow keys not scrolling in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I know what you're thinking turn scroll-lock off it is I think I hit a button combination or something but when I do down or up arrow it does not...     Arrow keys not scrolling


    I know what you're thinking turn scroll-lock off it is I think I hit a button combination or something but when I do down or up arrow it does not scroll but picks individual things like when I try to scroll through google it just goes to each link.

    down arrow key stopped working

    My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

    TPU review scroll bar

    I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.

    Something like this (yes, I know it's crappy but it took 5min to make):

    Arrow Keys

    Just purchase new Samsung Galaxy Flex Alpha and when I press the arrow keys the go to the bottom of the page for both excel, word and when trying to type in the web address bar and suggestions come up it scrolls the web page instead of the suggestions. Is
    the computer faulty or a setting I can change?
