  1. Ask for permission when its already granted

hello, I have downloaded and played middle earth shadow of war on my Xbox one. it is an Xbox play anywhere game so I got it on my PC. I asked for permission on my Xbox since it was M which was higher than my allowed content. My parent approved so I played it on my Xbox just fine. When I go to play it on my PC it comes up with a Microsoft family features tab that says, "Ask for permission, you'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use: Middle Earth Shadow of War." with this trace ID:XGKkWxwFjku3D0xf.7.1 (PFN:WarnerBros.Interactive.WB-Kraken_ktmk1xygcecda). With no box to click to ask them. What do I do to ask them?

    :)

  3. Ask for Permission - Google Chrome

    Hi Julian,

The issue regarding the permission when you're trying to use the different browser is because of the settings on
Family and Safety. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you check if the account that you are using is already removed to the
Family list. To remove your account to the Family, you may follow the steps below:

    • Use the Adult account to log in using this link.
    • Click on the Family tab.
    • On the account that you want to remove, click More > Remove from family.
    • Then click Remove to confirm.

Let us know if the suggestion works for you.

  4. Ask for permission when its already granted

    Parent Permission Grant More Time

    Hello Community,

I'm having a lot of issues with the new Parental Control Settings in Windows 10. The issue of the day, when my son's homework takes longer than the time I granted him, it says he should request for more time. Under windows 8 this was as easy as clicking
the ask permission button and I added my password. Under Windows 10 I have no way that I can find to grant him more time.

    Any thoughts?
