    I'm trying to download a game from the microsoft store and it askes me to ask a parent if i can get it when im logged in as and administrator and the parent.

    Xbox live asking for parental authority

    when I sign in to Xbox.com it asks me to agree to the new rules but when I accept it ,it's asking me for my parents permission ...but I am an adult19 years and also my parents don't have a Microsoft account and also not part of any family.And because of
    this I am not able to even download my apps

    I have change the birth year on my account but when I visit the store on my Nokia Lumia 521 it still ask for my parents permission. What can I do to change this.
