Windows 10: Asphalt 8 Airborne: the game does not detect internet connections

Hi everyone!

Since the installation on my PC with Windows 10, the game appears to be disconnected from the network despite the fact that I am connected instead via the mobile data of my phone in hotspot mode.

Therefore, due to this problem, I am unable to access the SHOP, EVENTS, and the MULTIPLAYER mode.

I tried to run Apshalt 8 on the PC of my friend using the mobile data of my phone, and it works on his machine! Then I assume that the problem is in my PC.

I also tried to:
- change internet connection using the mobile data of my friend's phone, but the problem still persists.
- first reset and then restart the application, in both cases the problem still persists.
- execute the diagnostic tool on the network connection in input to Asphalt 8, and it suggested to check if there are more NAT translations in the network path or to change the settings of the network card but I don't know how to do these things, and I don't know if it is the real problem.

I don't get an error message. and its only the asphalt 8 airborne game so far. and I have tried the troubleshooting thing but it only list programs that are pre loaded on the laptop. and if I want to browse for the game It wont allow me. thank you for
