Windows 10: Asphalt 9 stuck on loading screen.

    Asphalt 9 stuck on loading screen.


    I am unable to play asphalt 9 since 20 October. It gets stuck on the loading screen. I tried to reset it and re-installed it thrice. But it doesn't open. Is it my problem or its Gameloft's server issue? Please help : :

    Asphalt 9: Legends

    Today I installed Asphalt 9 : Legends. When I opened it, it showed ferrari car logo and loading.

    For minimum 30 min it was loading.

    It reinstalled it 5 times but still it is like that always loading...

    PS: In task manager it is showing runtime broker and under that it is showing like Asphalt 9 : Legends "Suspended"

    PS: it shows this UWP process suspended to save memoryI also tried to reset the app!

    Thanks for the co- operation, but after running the trouble shooter it asked to reset the window store and I did so, but the app still freezes/loading at the license agreement page.

    Asphalt 9 stuck on loading screen.

    Asphalt 9 Crashes

    Hello

    I am fed up of this problem and this keeps on happening.

    I want to play asphalt 9 from past 2 days but the game keeps crashing after 5 sec of launch.

    I have tried to reset the game many a times.

    Switch on/off ad id.

    Reinstalling.

    But none of these works.. Please suggest me a fix ?!
