Windows 10: asphalt airborne 8: unable to sign in

Hi everyone,I have downloaded Asphalt 8: Airborne on my PC, which is a WIN10 system. When I want to start the game, it tells me I need to register first. So I entered the information but it keeps telling me the information is wrong shown in below screenshots. I don't know why because the information I provide is correct. Does anyone know how to solve it? thank you for reading this!

Sign in problem with Asphalt 8: Airborne

My problem is that I tried to sign in to Asphalt 8 : Airborne with my Xbox account and it said it couldn't and referred me to try and sign in on Xbox.com. i tried that but it didn't help. I love the game and want to save my progress, what should I do?
