Windows 10: Assertion Failed! "vulcan"

Hi there,

whenever I turn on my laptop it showing following notification. does anyone know what is this? I clicked on retry button. but again it is showing error notification when I restart my laptop.

Assertion Failed and wifi refuses to connect

To isolate this issue regarding the Assertion failed! error, we'd like to ask a few questions so we can provide you the proper resolution:

• Have you made any changes to your computer's settings before it restarted?
• Can you provide us the screenshot of the error message?
