Windows 10: Assure

Discus and support Assure in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have a paper from Microsoft from several months ago that says "We've got your back.     I have a paper from Microsoft from several months ago that says "We've got your back. I assume that this gave me some sort of protection like McAfee. I've had marketers that come on my computer with a free scan for viruses etc, they find some and tell me they'll clean them up if I buy their package. Am I protected by Assure?? Do I need something else?? and what do you suggest?? Thanks, Dan

    You are not talking to MS employees here and I suggest you edit your post and remove your phone number. This an open user forum and anyone could take your phone number and call you.

    Can't you get in touch with the salesman or centre that sold you the Assure package.
