    I own a 7 inch insignia window tablet running Windows 10 and I am having some problems with it suggesting that I reset it and when I try resetting it even after I type in my recovery key it will go for a little while and then I get a message saying there
    was a problem resetting it, anyone have any idea what else to do to properly reset it to factory? Please
