Windows 10: Asus laptop shutting down unexpectedly

Hi,

I am running windows 10 Enterprise version 1909

processor: AMD FX-7600P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 2.70GHz

Installed RAM: 8.00 GB

My Asus laptop shuts down by itself while I am using it and it is not always because of overheating problems.

When I check Computer Management > System Tools > Windows Logs > System, I deal with different errors like; Error ID: 10010 and Warnings for instance: Event ID: 10016, 1014, 34, 48.

I have had this issue since two years ago!

Please help me to fix that.

If your laptop is shutting down unexpectedly, it could be due to hardware related issues, or that the operating system is corrupted or damaged. For us to isolate the issue, kindly respond to the questions below:

• Have you checked if all hardware of your computer are connected properly?
• Since you are using a laptop, is the battery seated properly? Did you try removing the battery and see if it shuts down unexpectedly?
• Does the system shut down when you enter the BIOS settings and let it sit for a while? This is for us to see if the issue is caused by hardware or by the operating system. For information about getting to the BIOS settings, kindly refer to the manufacturer's
  website.

Laptop shuts down unexpectedly

My Laptop (Toshiba Satellite L745-s4210, Windows 10 (I changed the OS recently due to the problem) Core i3, intel inside) is experiencing a trouble for it shuts down suddenly I don't have the battery and I don't have this problem before, but now I don't
know how did this happen, it suddenly shuts down without warning but turns back on by itself (so moreover it restarts suddenly) regardless of the activity that I am doing, office work or playing games, watching movies and the like it will restart/shutdown
unexpectedly.

can anyone help me out here???
