Windows 10: ASUS Laptop stuck in troubleshooting mode

When i try resetting, it says “there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made” start up repair does nothing. I am unable to go back to a previous windows version. Tutorials online with command prompts dont work and there is a message at the top of the window that says “not enough memory resources are available to process this command” i recieve the error code ox80070002 when trying to do a sytem restore so i seem to be unable to do anything

  Troubleshooter:

    Internet Connections

After running the
Network and Internet Troubleshooter
and the issue still persists, kindly run the
Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
to check for any hardware issues and fix it automatically. To run the Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the troubleshooter.

Asus Laptop stuck on aptio

Hi,



I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select 'Launch CSM' and change to enable.
• Select the Security menu n the Aptio setup utility, select 'secure Boot Control' and change to disable.
• Select Save & Exit and press 'yes'.
• Hold down the power button until the unit switches power off completely.
• Switch back on and continually press the F9 button for about ten seconds; this should now allow the unit to boot up into the Windows Recovery menu.
• Select 'Advanced Start Up' and wait until the recovery menu appears.
• Select ' Advanced Options'.
• Select 'System Restore' and select a date prior to when the problem occurred.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
