Windows 10: Asus laptop wiped at every start up

Apoligies if this has been covered already...

When my daughter starts up her laptop, all her files have disappeared, but not only that all her internet settings have reset and any games or apps she had been playing on or using have nothing saved, she has to start everything from scratch each time.

It's so frustrating for her and she's tired of keep having to redo all her school homework too. Any ideas please?

2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
   
3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
   
4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.

Bluetooth not working on ASUS laptop

There are several factors that may cause this issue. To better assist you, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
