    Asus ROG laptop updated to Win10 Enterprise from microsoft store, now it can't activate.


    I have an ASUS ROG laptop, which came with Win8.1 installed. I had it updated to Win10 Home edition with the free offer to upgrade to Win10, now I have bought the Win10 pro upgrade from the Microsoft store online(Win10 Enterprise is the edition my laptop say it is), now it is saying it won't activate. $160 down the drain it seems. The only restore option I have is after installing Win10 pro unfortunately. Is it possible to roll it back with a full reset?

    Hello,

    I am planning on getting a gaming laptop and my #1 choice is the Asus ROG that is on sale on the online Microsoft store. I have heard split reviews about the Asus, some saying that it simply doesn't turn on to some saying it is fantastic. It obviously
    has a lot of capabilities and looking at its specs, it has a very powerful system however is it reliable enough for me to purchase or will it just be a waste of time. If it isn't reliable, then what would be a good backup computer to purchase.

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
