Windows 10: Asus rog strix g15 stuck on flight mode WIFI not showing available connections.

My Asus laptop is stuck on flight/airplane mode I can't turn it off I have tried many things but it does not work. I can't connect to the WIFI.

Unable to use WIFI PC stuck in Flight mode

I have a Windows 10 Laptop. Periodically, my internet connection gets the "No Internet Access" icon. I restart my router (Wireless) and the opened the popup just to see the flight mode button (not turned on) and there is no Turn on WiFi button. It kept happening
for the last 2 weeks and had no fix.

Is there a solution for this problem?

UPDATE(1): Now it's starting up with no internet and only shoes flight mode...

No audio in new ASUS ROG Strix G512LV

Hi,

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG Strix G512LV running Windows 10. Originally the sound worked fine through the laptop's speakers, then a few weeks ago it stopped working, but was resolved by rolling the audio driver back from Audio_Realtek_Nahimic_ROG_V6089401
to Audio_Realtek_Nahimic_ROG_V6089311.

This weekend the sound has stopped working again. When the laptop boots up it makes the usual ROG sound, but then as soon as Windows is reached it doesn't make any. I've tried both the above drivers, multiple times, and it hasn't worked. I've also tried
changing the BIOS from 309 to 310, but that hasn't made any difference. I've tried two different headphones too and they do not have sound either.

I've gone into device manager and disabled/enabled Realtek and updated drivers / uninstalled / reinstalled drivers.

The speaker icon is showing that it is on and allows me to change the level too.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

 

WiFi faster in flight mode

I have had issues for several weeks whereby in normal mode my wireless on a Dell E7450 gives speeds of 200-300Kb/s (measured using fast.com) however if I switch on Flight Mode and activate WiFi I get 75Mb/s.

This is 100% repeatable across multiple access points.

I have tried switching off Bluetooth and running normally i.e. no in Flight Mode, the result is the same. I have deleted the WiFi drivers and reinstalled them yet the issue remains.

Any suggestions what may be causing this issue?

I am running Win10 1909 build 18363.752
