Windows 10: Asus VivoBook 14 reloading problem

Hello!


So, straight to the point here. This year of 2019, July- I bought Asus VivoBook 14 (x64, Radeon Vega graphics and AMD Ryzen 5), brand new and not a second hand. I keep on experiencing these problems-


1) If I try and open an app (editing app I use to make videos or even play games from time to time), and I play music at the same time, my computer would either restart out of a sudden or just show me a black screen and not budge to open at all. (However, I am able to restart it if the screen goes completely black, and re-enter my computer home screen)


2) The same thing, if I open an editing app or play a game, after a few seconds it would show me a blue screen saying that 'Windows has detected a problem, we're fixing it now' (or something similar to that).


I do not know why does this keeps on happening even though it does not overheat. The antivirus scanning does not show any problems, and even I rebooted it completely several times because I thought some files were corrupted. When buying this laptop the salesman told me that it CAN hold programs such as editing programs and even games...


I am not sure what I should do if anyone can help I'd gladly appreciate it.


(P.S I am also not sure if it is the system problem or my computer problem)

ASUS Introduces the VivoBook S400 14-Inch Touch Ultrabook

Yet another ASUS-branded Windows 8 mobile PC has went up for pre-order this week and it is a 0.8-inch-thick ultrabook boasting a 14.1-inch (1366 x 768) touchscreen. Named VivoBook S400, ASUS' creation runs Windows 8 Home Premium (64-bit) and features a 1.7 GHz Core i5-3317U processor, 4 GB of RAM, a 24 GB SSD, a 500 GB (5400 RPM) hard drive, Intel GMA HD graphics, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, an HD camera, plus one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports.

The VivoBook S400 costs $699 and will ship on October 26.
