ASUS ZenBook I2C does work, trouble shooting doesn't help

Cursor works during trouble shooting but not in regular use

System specs: windows 11-64 bit, asus zenbook

As the title suggests, the cursor from my track pad disappeared yesterday and I haven’t been able to figure out a way to restore it. I followed a couple of solutions from other peoples responses (such as updating, opening in safe mode, troubleshooting) but nothing seems to work.

When I restarted my laptop my trackpad cursor still wasn’t there but when I tested it during trouble shooting (trackpad, display, RAM etc…) it was perfectly fine. So I know my trackpad isn’t broken because it passed every test during trouble shooting but as soon as I exited and resumed normal use, it disappeared again. Also it works when I connect to a mouse, but when I disconnect it, the mouse freezes again and trackpad is unresponsive.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
