My desktop computer is not set up with a password. I am the only one who has access and uses this device. I choose "never" ask for a password in settings and to make matters worse, when this happens and I provide the correct password for my 25 year old Microsoft email account, the only Microsoft account I have ever had, I get an incorrect password message and can't access my computer. If I turn off the computer and restart usually it goes through startup correctly not asking for a password. But I am most worried about the day that I will be denied access to my computer because I can't provide a non existent password which I told the device in settings never to ask for. This is a major issue that needs to be corrected or someday a lot of people are going to find themselves unable to access their devices because of this obvious glitch in windows 10. I am particularly touchy about this issue because almost 30 years ago using Windows 3.1 I was locked out of my computer permanently because the computer startup suddenly demanded a non existent password to proceed and not even the Microsoft technician could get Windows to get past the password problem after nearly 2 hours of trying. The hard drive (and all my files) had to be wiped and Windows re installed to fix the problem. I never want to go through this again and all subsequent versions of Windows Pro seem to have fixed this problem only to have it show up its ugly head in Windows 10, which is being touted as the best version of Windows ever. It can only be the best if you can use it without fear of being locked out of your device.

    :)
