Windows 10: ATI Radeon X1200 Series Windows 10 Low FPS

Well. I recently had windows 7, but I decided to upgrade to windows 10, but I've noticed a huge difference in how much FPS it is. In ROBLOX areas where I had 60+ Fps I now have 46 FPS as much, also where I got 50 FPS, now I have 25-28 FPS, not only does it happen to me in Roblox, but also in all games in general, I do not have money to buy another notebook, And I do not want to downgrade, any help? Also in Opengl extension viewer these are the results

Win 7 Windowed mode:

189 FPS

Win 10 Windowed mode:

60 FPS

in fullscreen it stays the same in both OS I have the latest drivers .. I have checked that it has neither disk, nor ram, nor cpu occupied

And game bar is disabled

Download driver for Vista and izplnete following steps:

Install with setup, custom install (remove all the ugly software, only driver and microsoft stuff)

1.Download ATI Drivers windows vista 32/64 last driver

3.Let Installer extract drivers, after that close the instaler





4.Right Click on Computer -> Manage

5.Search for VGA Controller / Card / generic VGA Adapter

6.right click on the device -> Update Drivers





8.Select C:/ATI (Please Note:If you have other letter,it doesn't change nothing,just select ATI Folder on your HDD Root)

9.Wait while it install Drivers

10.Enjoy Windows 8/8.1/10,Lot Fast,Lot Smooth

Drivers for Vista 32/64

It is not an official AMD-site, so the package may contain malware.

Just unpack to a new directory and let the drivers be searched in subdirectories also.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 with the ATI Radeon X1200 Display Adapter and I get the same message. I still have the "Get Windows 10" icon in my tray but when I click on it,I get the message displayed here. How can I contact the manufacturer for support?
