Windows 10: ATT account settings out of date on ATT email account

I have tried several times by clicking on fix account button but continually get error code: Ox8019019a. I also clicked on Learn more and followed all the instructions and have rebooted several times and still get the same error code when I try to fix account. Please help!

Original Title: Favorites and Primary Email account

Just upgraded to Windows 10 and lost all my favorites and also does not show my primary email account. When I sent to "sync", I get a message that says "your ATT account settings are out of date". How can I fix these problems and also how can I get rid
of that stupid Contina or whatever her name is??

I have 5 email accounts and all were working fine and I had made no changes. Today, by sbcglobal.net account is not working saying account settings are out of date. I have followed all the steps and I keep getting a message saying password recovery cannot
be done. I called the number listed on the screen whih was ATT and they were of no use. My other 4 email accounts are working just fine. WHAT IS THE ISSUE??

ATT account needs updating

You can see my reply online. Basically, I found out that the was an att email outage in my area. It generated the notice on my computer that my att account needed updating, which was incorrect. ATT/Microsoft need to a better way of handling this. Thanks,
