Windows 10: Audio drops drastically

Discus and support Audio drops drastically in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have Dell laptop and my audio is not reaching 100 percent.     Audio drops drastically


    I have Dell laptop and my audio is not reaching 100 percent. I can toggle the volume bar to 100 but the sound not even changing at all. I just updated my PC and after the installation it works this way. Other function is fine except the sound.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    Audio Recording Problem

    Hello,

    We suggest that you follow the steps below to troubleshoot concerns regarding audio:

    • Press Windows key + X > Control Panel.
    • Select the drop-down men beside View by: then choose
      Small icons      .
    • Go to Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound >
      Recording Audio.
