Windows 10: audio jacks at the front panel do not work

Discus and support audio jacks at the front panel do not work in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; [ATTACH] (newly built pc) So my green audio jack at the back seems to work ( whether I plug in a headset or speakers) but none of the other ones...     (newly built pc) So my green audio jack at the back seems to work ( whether I plug in a headset or speakers) but none of the other ones work for audio at the back (although I assume only the green one is for audio anyways so its probably fine). But, the front panel jacks don't work either. I couldn't find my device in my sound settings nor in my device manager. I double checked and made sure the audio cable was connected to my JAUD1 section of the mobo.

    I also installed Realtek audio manager to disable in the and finally it had detected something as "Realtek HD Audio 2nd output (realtik high defintion audio)". I got excited until I realised that there was no sound, although it had detected the device and the sound bar showed movement. But then, I realised that even if i unplug the headset from the front panel, it was still there, so I guess it was detecting a non existent device....so all in all it won't work.

    Any clues how I can fix this issue?
