Windows 10: Audio not working after factory reset Windows 10

I had to reset my Laptop and completely factory reset everything, but when the factory reset was complete, I loaded into my laptop and now the Audio and microphone both do not work. I've tried updating my drivers through device manager and control panel by my computer says they are up to date. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, and I've tried resetting windows again, and none of those solutions work.

I've also followed other tutorials, and none have been useful in resolving my issue. Has anyone else struggled with this? For the record, my Laptop model is: HP Envy x360 Convertible15-ed0xx running Windows OS on an x64 based architechture

Audio recording not Working after Factory Reset?

Ok, so because of some reasons I did a factory reset on my PC.
Now I noticed that I can't chat in Discord, TeamSpeak or Skype anymore because apparently there is no Audio input from my side.
I tried plugging in my Headphones and the problem still persisted.

Before the Factory reset I could peak both without and with the headphones normally.
Funny thing is also, that my headphones aren't even listed as a connected audio device even though I can hear through them.
Another thing I'm missing is that when earlier I plugged my earphones in a popup appeared asking me as what kind of audio device I'd like to use the headphones. This is now also missing.

Anyone know what happened or how to fix that?
