Windows 10: Audio Not Working on Windows 10

I own a custom built PC, and it has no serial and model number. For the last few days it has randomly stopped emitting sound, through any device. My monitor's speakers aren't giving out any sound, my Bluetooth headphones aren't either, as well as the wired earbuds that I plugged in to test. I'm mainly focused on the Bluetooth headphones though. The headphones do work with my phone.

I've tried the following to fix them:

• Running the troubleshooter - gives out "audio services not responding"
• Updating the Driver - It is up to date
• Reinstalling the Driver
• Setting it to the default device
• Turning off audio enhancements
• Changing the audio format - It cannot be changed, and the format is gray.

None of it worked.

Also, I've spoken to a Windows Advisor, and he eventually lead me to install drivereasy. I did need to update 2 drivers relating to audio, and I did update them. I restarted the pc, and nothing changed.
