Windows 10: Audio not working properly

So my audio is weird, it randomly stops working. And i troubleshooted the sound and it said it was a audio drive probleme. To get my sound back i need to turn of my pc and wait some minutes or uninstall my audio driver and restart my pc to install it again and if im lucky its going to work and then it works sometimes for an hour or sometimes a whole day. So i think i now the issue so when i uninstall my audio driver and restart my pc, i have 2 audio devices one called headphones and one called speakers, and if i use speaker it works, but if i use headphones it dosent work but after some time they get combined to headphones/speaker and then my sound stops working but sometimes it works. But i tried to uninstall headphones before they get combined but they just get installed again. Ok so i think this is the issue that i have a broken headphones tip in my headphone jack in my pc. It has been in their for like half of a year now and its weird that my i have issues now and windows said it was a audio drive probleme. But when i broke the headphone tip i turned in my pc but they messed up the oder and though it was the speaker socket so i had to pay for them to shipping and for them to check if their was a probleme and it was around 50$ for nothing and im a kid and that much for me and i dont really want to do it again. So im using my speaker socket for my headphones beacuse i have a headphone tip in my headphones socket. Is their anyway i can like disable the headphone jack or something. But its weird that windows said it was a audio drive

I have tried to update my audio drive and uninstall it and reinstall it but it dident work, well uninstalling it works for a litlle time. Pls help me
