Windows 10: Audio not working

Hello Guys I have a problem from the past 3 days with my audio like i installed steam and the suddenly my audio went oout it comes after some hours but it dissappears again after a minutes i tried everything i reset my laptop watch tutorials but nothing worked i also checked the speakers they are working but not give sound please fir this now i am depending on you my system specs are Intel core i7-4600M 8 gb ram a geforce gt 730m and windows 10 pro 22h2

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC

Can not record audio.

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
