Windows 10: Audio Not working

Hi,


I've really strength issue that my laptop's speakers are working fine(I've checked by Dell diagnostics) but when i log into the system neither my laptop speakers nor USB headphone playing any sound.


Also, when I tried to play test tone from sounds its getting failed.


Please help me on this.


My OS Windows 10 Pro.

Can not record audio.
