  1. Audio of Galaxy Buds Plus distorted and glitchy on PC Windows 10

Galaxy Buds Plus, when I connected it on my laptop with Windows 10, it works well about10 - 20 seconds, and suddenly it distorts or glitches for a split second, and then goes back to working well for 10 - 15 seconds, and then distorts and so on an so fourth. Many people got this problem. It works fine with Samsung's smartphone.

A Dell tech supporter checked my laptop but he did not sure. He guessed maybe the reason is the differences in the bluetooth's version of Buds 5.0 and my lab 4.2 or the operating systems, one is Window 10, one is for Android.

I contacted Samsung tech supporter but they are s***. They just said the earbuds may not be compatible with the computer. No more help. No explanation. Just copy paste the message.

Please leave the comment if you know what is the reason and how to fix it.

    Thank you!

  2. Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus - Windows 10 audio service crash/ freeze

    Hi,

I connected my Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus to a computer running Win10. I tried with a different computer for testing purposes and same thing happens.

Everything went smooth, I can use them either as headphones or headset.

The issue is that during skype calls, if I remove them from the ears (and the call auto-pauses automatically) or if I want to change from the buds to the computer speaker and microphone, Windows audio service crashes. Then, I need to restart to computer
    so that everything works ok.

Tried re-installing the buds. Nothing changed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thank you.

  3. Galaxy Buds pairing problem.

Hello, ive come to seek help amongst the helpers. i have this weird problem , this morning i wanted to play w my friend and i connected my buds, we were in a call and i saw that my galaxy buds microphone wasn't working, and i checked the audio and there
was only stereo available so then i removed my device and tried to reconnect, suprise suprise it didn't want to connect, i tried multiple times, i tried it with my phone and it worked, i even tried other bluetooth headphones with my pc and they didn't connect,
tried reinstalling drivers, troubleshooting bluetooth, restarting service, restarting buds but nothing worked. And when i play i hear some weird distortion sounds on my pc. By the way i've had this kinda similar problem before, basically my galaxy buds deleted
my bluetooth and it was a 3 day fix , one dude helped me and we got it working, does anyone have any tips on how can i fix it?

Galaxy Buds Live won't stay connected to Windows 10

As the title suggestes my galaxy buds keep disconnecting from my windows 10 desktop computer. After the buds being connected for like 15 seconds, they always disconnect. Already updated everything to the latest
firmware on the buds, bluetooth device.

Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
