Windows 10: Audio quality drops when using microphone

Whenever I join a discord call, the audio quality of my headphones that are really good drop down to absolutely horrible audio quality.

I use an ACER ASPIRE 4736Z laptop running on windows 10 32 bit OS.I have tried many versions of realtek and updated all my audio drivers but still i don't get the option studio quality for the microphone settings in realtek audio manager.Instead i get only CD and DVD quality options.This doesn't help as i always get a hiss when i record using my microphone.i have adjusted the microphone settings in the control panel as well.Please help me in getting the studio quality option for the microphone in realtek audio manager.Find the attached image

If you check your realtek audio manager for microphone default settings you'd most probably see the option stereo quality as can be seen in the screenshot below from my office computer.I just don't understand why it doesn't come in my ACER ASPIRE 4736Z despite installing the same realtek version *Sad. I have noted in other computers/laptops that choosing this option(stereo quality) reduces the hiss to almost minimum for the same microphone i use.

Whenever my mic is enabled in the windows privacy settings my desktop audio quality drops, even is I turn the actual microphone off. I have gone through all the troubleshooting I can in the setting for this, contacted Microsoft support , let them take control of my screen and they couldn't fix it right. All inputs and outputs are right. I have a hyper x cloud s headset and a Finfin microphone and a Acer aspire laptop That's fairly new.
