  1. Audio suddenly not working!?

I log into my computer today to discover no audio out of nowhere. I've tried everything and looked everywhere (including other forums on this site and others). Out of desperation, I created an account and am posting here to see if anyone can get me help specifically tailored to my situation. Thanks in advance for anyone who can offer any advice!

    IMPORTANT?:

FYI normally when I plug in my headphones they don't work until REALTEK HD AUDIO MANAGER pops up on the screen and then I hit a button/setting in there and it works fine. However, I can no longer access Realtek on my PC even though I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it more than once. I think this might be my problem? However I cannot find a good download to replace my Realtek. I've tried the official site and other file-sharing sites and none seem to let me access the program after I download and install it.

    Here are some computer specs:

    OS: Windows 10 Home

    Installed on: 12/03/2019

    OS Build: 18363.476

    Version: 1909

    x64 Operating system

    Manufacturer: CyberPowerPC

More info available on request, I guess (not sure what all is necessary to know)

Here are a list of things I have already tried:

    1. The headphones/speakers themselves are not faulty
    2. My audio is not muted
    3. All audio devices are ENABLED
    4. I have updated all drivers for computer and audio (using Driver Booster Pro but also went in manually through device manager to make sure audio, especially, was updated)
    5. Computer is completely updated (and restarted)
    6. I used the PC's troubleshoot audio multiple times to no avail
    7. I even tried restoring the computer to factory settings (but that failed, at the end it told me the computer could not be restored-- I guess I'll worry about THAT issue later)
    8. Right now my only audio output device is showing: Digital Audio (HDMI) (High Definition Audio Device)

SORRY I know this is a lot but I figure the more help I can provide upfront, the easier diagnostics will be. IF ANYONE can help me I would probably cry. But, like, the good cries.
