Audio Troubleshooting no longer working since removing Get Help app, no audio at all now

As the title says, I was having issues with the audio troubleshooting app "Get Help" that now comes pre-installed on Windows 10. I could not access further audio options because of the "Get Help" app, so I had to remove it. Audio help I needed is outlined here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5Oms5PZZwQ

I followed the directions to remove the strange fake-chat-window troubleshooting app "Get Help" as outlined here: https://winaero.com/uninstall-remove-get-help-windows-10/?unapproved=44753&moderation-hash=31bf7fb5b73c13571c66aa469180dc32#comment-44753

However, now that it is uninstalled, trying to open audio troubleshooting does nothing at all. In fact my computer no longer has any audio and I have no way of fixing it. I searched microsoft store apps for the "Get Help" troubleshooter and it is not there.

What can I do? Thank you
