    Authorization Charge for Microsoft Purchase did not reverse


    It has been 16 days since I bought the HEVC Video Extensions for 45 PHP and I ended up with two statements on my debit card. One was worth 45 PHP and the other for 49 PHP. I searched and all sources led me to believe that this was the authorization charge since I newly added my debit card to that account. However, it still has not reversed. It charged my card, and other forums said that it would only take 3-5 days. It been more than 2 weeks. Would appreciate a response on this.

  4. Authorization Charge for Microsoft Purchase did not reverse

    Refund for unauthorized purchase - Developer does not refund but recommends to dispute the charge

    I realized I was charged without my authorization by an in-app purchase. I contacted the developer, finally today they replied me but they just recommended to dispute the charge with the bank. I do not understand very well why they don't just refund me
    and prefer the bank contact them. Any idea? By the way, given what they said, my next step is to call my bank and dispute this charge. Any suggestion is very welcomed!
