    Auto brightness when plugged in


    Recently re-set my computer back to factory, re-installed Windows 11, and now when I have it plugged in, if I change between a dark and light UI application, the brightness automatically adjusts. This does not happen on battery. I have checked everything possible and read every suggestion online, but nothing is fixing it. And the fluctuation is enough that it is giving me headaches. Tried talking to "Support" and it was just a waste of time. Give me Windows 10 suggestions instead of Windows 11. I feel like this is a bug in the latest update, but there seems to be no route to report it. Has any
