Discus and support Auto Scrolling in photos and videos in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Hello I have a problem when i look at my photos it quickly scrolls left. and when i look at videos it just keeps hitting the 10 seconds back Button...     Auto Scrolling in photos and videos


    Hello I have a problem when i look at my photos it quickly scrolls left. and when i look at videos it just keeps hitting the 10 seconds back Button without me telling it to. I've scanned for viruses, disabled my anti virus software, tried the repair tool in command prompt. nothing works. if you can please help that would be awesome. Thank You!

    How to stop photos from auto scrolling ?

    When you open photos they appear in Windows Photo Viewer.

    cannot upload camera or camcorder pics & videos

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you’re unable to import photos and videos after upgrading to Windows 10.

    This could be due to incorrect Auto play settings. I suggest you to follow the steps as shown below and check if it helps.

    • Plug in the Camera.
    • Go to Start and type AutoPlay Settings.
    • Choose AutoPlay Settings.
    • Under your Camera Device, choose the option "Import Photos and Videos."
    • Exit Auto Play Settings and check if the issue persists.

    Note: Steps applies to Windows 10 as well.
