Windows 10: Automatic Repair could not repair your PC

I am having problem with Windows not booting up.I have built a PC and installed Windows but

After every 2-3 boots my Windows failed to boot and then I have to reinstall Windows. And the same happens again.

A blue screen appears written "Automatic Repair could not repair your PC".

I have tried to boot to safe mode and get the log files C: Windows/System32/LogFiles/Srt

Windows10 Automatic Repair

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted system files that are not letting the operating system to perform repair and boot to the desktop.

Automatic Repair Loop

Your concern regarding the device going into an Automatic Repair Loop can be caused by change on its settings/configuration or broken system files. To effectively assist you with your concern, can confirm if you've made any changes on your device prior to
your concern?

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

If you're unable to perform the above troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you perform a startup repair using Windows 10 bootable DVD or USB drive. Here's how:

• Download Windows 10 on a bootable DVD or USB drive through this
  link.
• Insert the installation DVD or USB.
• In the Windows setup page, select the Language to install,
  Time and currency format, and the keyboard or input method, then click
  Next.
• Click on Repair your computer, then select Troubleshoot.
• Click on Advanced options >Automatic Repair.
• Select the operating system.
