Windows 10: Automatic Repair Failure

So i just bought this HP laptop about a month ago and i open it up one day to see a blue screen that says “Automatic Repair: Automatic Repair couldn’t repair your pc.” I have tried most of the options to fix the issue and none of them have worked. I have tried shutting down, hard resets, using other operating systems, and about every troubleshooting option. I do not know what to do since i have all of my school essays on my laptop and i do not have it saved anywhere else. I asked someone and they said it is usually a hard drive failure, which wouldn’t make sense with a new laptop and i dont know how to fix it. Please help

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.
