Windows 10: Automatic repair is prepared Win 10?

I'm stuck on my laptop at startup with the note "Automatic repair is being prepared" I have rebooted it at least 10 times and when I play Ctrl+F8 I can't get into the extended menu. Now I don't know what to do and I don't want to reset my laptop.
