    Alright so this started today, i wanted to increase my fps on my personal computer for fortnite, and i looked at this comment under a youtube videoi also updated my pc before this which said to turn on "enable above 4g decoding" and "enable re-size bar" so i went into BIOS to do that, and after i turned them both on, i tried restarting my pc, which then got it stuck into the automatic repair loop and then i searched up a youtube video on how to fix it, and on one part of the the video when i tried to enable something it said access denied, and i ignored it and restarted my computer, and now

    As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
    Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • Select Troubleshoot.
