  1. Automatic Repair screen on Windows 10 - Advanced options not clickable

I went through several times by power off and on to reach Screen, “Automatic Repair” where there are two buttons, “Shut down” and “Advanced options”. Because mouse and keyboard does not work on this screen, I cannot reach Advanced options screen. Only choice is to power off.

I have read many Q/A on Microsoft community, but could not find an answer.

How, can I get the screen, “Advanced options” to restore Windows 10?

    :)

  3. Automatic Repair screen on Windows 10 - Advanced options not clickable

Thank you for your prompt reply,
    Vijay!

Before reading your reply yesterday, I tried the followings:

    1. Searched web to find "Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool directly into the USB drive "

    2. Found
    Download Windows 10

    3. At another PC, did RUN and created the media for another pc into 16Gb flash memory

    4. Inserted the Flash at the subject pc's USB and powered on

    5. Instead of Install, I selected "Repair".

    6. The "Advanced options" is clickable

    7. I went through all features under Trouble Shoot screen.

    8. But, none could solve the problem.

Should I use "Installation" link to replace the existing but damaged Window 10?

    Please advise.

    Thank you
