"Automatic Repair, Your PC did not start correctly" Error

When I turned on my laptop, there was a prompt that says "something didn't load correctly," The only option was a button "ok" so I clicked it and I typed the password and got it. Then there was a notification that says I need to fix my Microsoft account so I typed my password to fix it. I was suprised to see everything looked like how it was when I first bought it. The wallpaper disappeared. When I opened all my browsers, all my bookmarks were gone. All the folders were empty. All my downloads disappeared. A friend of mine suggested that I do system restore and I did. At first I though my laptop was restarting but it just turned off so I turned it back on and it says it's diagnosing, doing some repair and after waiting a couple of minutes, there was a prompt, "Automatic Repair, Your PC did not start correctly." What should I do? I don't want to choose the wrong options.

    :)

    Vista Automatic Updating Error

    Resolution Suggestion:

    # To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

    4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

    6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

    7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Windows 10 - automatic repair - Your pc did not start correctly only

Hi. So i have an Windows 10 Pro. But i got issue.
Few days ago after i finished testing my ram in memtest86 ( bootable from USB ) , i change boot in UEFI BIOS from USB to SSD.
After this Windows 10 started showing at 1 boot Automatic Repair and Diagnosing Pc. Windows 10 boot loader starts by "preparing automatic repair" and diagnosing pc.
Then after this i get screen with Your pc did not start correctly. And when i click restart then Windows 10 boot fine.
This startup problem was occured only when starting system again after shutdown or restarted pc from windows. So i was needed 2 boots to boot properly to windows. After screen with Your pc did not start correctly i click restart i was able to boot Windows 10 properly.
