    Cannot resize photos in Windows 10.

    there are lots of posts for resizing in photo gallery but I dont have photo gallery. i am running windows 10 and have Photos but not Photo Gallery. how do you resize in Photo?

    How to turn off Windows 10 Photo App?

    Every time I try to download pics to Windows Photo Gallery, the Windows 10 Photo app pops up. I then have to close it before going to Photo Gallery. I prefer to use Photo Gallery. How can I turn the Windows 10 Photo App off?
