Windows 10: AV_W_null_idmwfp!unknown_function crash code windows 11

Hi there, I recently noticed that I get hardware error report regularly in diagnostics data viewer and windows maintenance in control panel in my newly bought device, unfortunately the error codes are vague and I could not find any thing on the internet that could help me solve my problem I tried manufacturer support but they just advised to a windows clean install, which I don't think it is necessary, since I have installed many softwaresProfessional valid softwares and I just bought my device and all windows and drivers are up to date. I was hoping if someone expert could give me more info

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

I turned off fast startup and shutdown my computer then I did DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then I shut down my computer and booted back up then ran sfc /scannow at
least 4 times, after I did all this the issue I talked about here is fixed so far, but now the crash
error code is AV_wrUrlFlt!unknown_function





I analyzed the crash MEMORY.DMP file which is 2GB now using WinDBG, anyways here is my Analyzed Dump File

What would be causing this issue?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
