Windows 10: Awful and Braindead windows 10 update

Just got on my computer today and I saw the update Ive been putting off for weeks now finally decided to update itself... also realized that for some reason my audio jack is now not detecting any audio. Great job microsoft, you managed to produce an update that actually makes on of my computer components not work anymore!!!! Are you serious?? How could you actually fk up an update so bad that it doesnt improve anything, and actually hinders my computers performance. I never write complaints but jesus christ this one was actually enraging.
This happened again a year later^^^
it is the kb4576751 update and i cant uninstal it. thanks microsoft. So annoying, dont fking make me install updates when I dont want to. It literally wouldnt let me say no to an update that fked my computer

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. You needed to block the update so that it would never have installed itself.

Report this to Microsoft so that this issue can be fixed in future updates. Press Windows Key+F to invoke Feedback Hub to send the issue to Microsoft.

There are two actions which I can recommend. You can try them one by one and check after each.

1. Restore from a system restore point to a point when things were working fine

2. If the issue has been caused due to recent Windows update - I would suggest that you uninstall the latest KB update and hide it so that it doesn't install it automatically and wait for new update to come which will be installed automatically.

To know which update got installed

Windows Key+i to invoke Settings > Update & Security > Click View installed update history.

Uninstall

Windows Key + R > Type: appwiz.cpl > Enter > Click View installed updates > Select the required updates, right click, uninstall.

Block

Microsoft has provided a tool Show/Hide Updates tool to block the update

When you run this troubleshooter, it will search for available updates and list them

Select the update which you want to hide. Click Next and follow on-screen directions

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
