Windows 10: B S O D after WINDOWS update .

On WED 15-04-2020 after I had downloaded and installed the latest WINDOWS 10 update on my HP PAVILION desktop, all it does is show the infamous BSOD .I have tried nearly everything that has appeared on the blue screen to no avail . I have a USB DEVICE with the recovery software on it and I have tried it but still the blue screen is there . Under the COMMON ISSUES +SYMPTOMS NO 3 it says BLUE SCREEN WITH ERROR OPERATING SYSTEM / WINDOWS HALTS or will not LOAD . I have tried to contact MICROSOFT who have their EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS in DUBLIN , IRELAND ,but no luck .Then I tried HP and apart from sending me the USB DEVICE I get no more help .The store I purchased the computer in is in lockdown , as are most other shops , and their reps in the UK seem not able to help . It seems the BLUE SCREEN has most people stumped . Will MICROSOFT ever test the updates themselves before they let them loose on the unsuspecting WINDOWS users , myself included . "D" drive is full on HP B&O with Win 10

D drive

"D" drive is full on HP B&O with Win 10

This is for an HP Pavillion (B&O) with Win 10; I have learned that my D:/ drive is nearly full. How can I access it so I can clean it up or clear it? My computer is only 2 years old . Can anyone advise me how?
