Windows 10: Back ground picture with Icons on top

I set up a back ground picture and had my icons on top. Later when ya'll had done a update , now my back ground picture went away and I have a white desk top now and my icons are show up as wrote out or in the boxs. I would like to set it back up the way it was. Picture with icon on top how do I get it back?

I cant change my desk top back ground the picture I want is on my screen saver and the goes away once I go to my desk top

A couple of suggestions on this one:

• Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Star Menu)
• Go to Personalisation
• Click Background and set the background drop down to Picture
• Click Lockscreen and set the background drop down to Picture

If you have already set both of these settings and your desktop background still changes to a particular image, then in the settings app, go to Accounts - Sync your settings and uncheck the option to sync your theme

 

Photo Icons in the Picture Folders

Hi,

Misconfigured view settings is on of the usual reasons why it is not displaying the actual photo. We suggest checking the settings of your folder to make sure it show the icons, instead of the thumbnail. Kindly follow the steps below to check it:

• Open Picture folder.
• Choose View tab at the top, then click the (Square icon) Options as shown on the picture below:
  
  
• Click View tab, put a check mark on the box beside the
  Always show icons, never thumbnails. See picture below:
  
  
  
• Close the folder, and check if you will be able to see the display picture for each icon.
