Windows 10: back up did not completed successfully

I know this is a common problem, anyway...


when I see the skipped files list , there only one directory listed.


c:/users/desktop/ef-nwr


the problem is that this dir doesnt exist since 2 or 3 years.....


theres any place where I can correct this?



Win 10 pro - 1809 64bit

Windows 7 backup & restore (file history doesn works, may be because the same problem)

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

You might want to try:

1. Click on Start button (1). Hold down SHIFT KEY+Click On Power (2) then click on Restart(3)
   
   
   
2. The PC will reboot and get into the Recovery Environment
3. Click on Trouble Shoot->Advanced Options->System Restore.
