Windows 10: background apps freeze when i launch a game.

my systemcpu: ryzen 7 7700xgpu: rtx 4070 superram: 32 gb 6000mhzssd1: samsung evo 990 pro 2tbssd2: samsung evo 970 plus 2tbpower supply: 850wi am using background apps for voice chat of steam or watching youtube. But when i launch a game any game, background apps freeze or lagging. Also i get massive fps drops in game. when im not using any background apps, i can play games in high and stable fps.i Checked the system, no overheating and all drivers are up to date. What might be the issue?

usually occupy 1 GB of the storage space.

I suggest you to run disk cleanup to free the memory: Free up drive space in Windows 10
and check.
